This add-on accurately simulates the critical steps in the frequently performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure. In the first part, the cystic duct and artery are clipped and cut off. In the second part, the gall bladder is separated and removed from the liver. A common procedure, but nevertheless a demanding one. As you know, potential complications related to gall bladder surgery can be both life-threatening to the patient and very costly for the clinic.
